Spay4LA is happy to accept Los Angeles City vouchers and offer reduced prices for Los Angeles County residents who qualify.
We want to make spay/neuter services affordable for everyone.

Note:

• If you receive a DWP bill, you live in the City of Los Angeles.
• If you receive a Southern California Edison (SCE) bill, you live in the County of Los Angeles.

To determine if you qualify for free or reduced pricing:

1. Los Angeles City Voucher (if applicable):

• You may qualify for a free or discounted spay/neuter voucher from Los Angeles Animal Services. These vouchers run out quickly, so it’s best to apply on the first day of each month.

When you request your appointment with us, please upload:

• A copy of your LA City voucher, and
• A photo of your ID
  • If your ID doesn’t show your current address, please also upload a utility bill with your name and address.

2. LA County Low-Income Residents (if applicable):

• If you live in Los Angeles County and receive Social Security, EBT, or Medi-Cal, you may qualify for reduced pricing at Spay4LA.
• Your address must also be served by an LA County animal shelter.
